It was all fun, fashion, great food, fab drinks, a fab catwalk and loads more at the recent Catwalk at Ikeja City Mall (ICM).

The fashion show kicked off at 5PM with the Nigerian national anthem and later the brands started rolling out. Fashion accessories store Maybrands kicked off the show in collaboration with a guest designer. The models flaunted pieces from the store including Emporio Armani, Fossil and Diesel wrist watches and other accessories.
Next up was Nike with a football theme! The models walked out with a model stationed at the back performing football tricks. They showcased bags, polo tops, running shoes and soccer boots.
TM Lewin came out next with heir male models hitting the runway, then the ladies and then both came out in pairs for a final presentation.
Menswear store Markham was up next and showcase all its collection – from casual to smart wear. Following was Kidz Country which used model kids to fiercely showcase their latest wares.
Mango catered to the ladies as models came out in dresses, pants, tops, jackets and more. US Polo followed and kept up with the momentum as models showcased dresses for the ladies and Polo tops and jeans for both sexes.
Jack & Jones collaborated with Enzzo to give the men the complete look. Both brands showcased their collection with their smart and casual styles. The combination was spot on with Enzzo shoes complementing the Jack & Jones clothing.
Da Viva and Mr. Price were the last acts of the day and there was still no dull moment. Da Viva’s blend of western and African styles created a buzz with the audience while Mr Price’s collections for kids and the contemporary young and trendy segment had the crowd cheering.
Casabella provided wigs for the models while unisex salon Bruno’s Place styled the hair. BlackUp created the makeup looks for all the models; which all blended into the event theme at the end.
There were breaks intermittently as the MC of the day, Jafextra engaged the audience with jokes and giving out freebies to guests. Thiote & the Harmonicaand Hakeem The Dream also put on a virtuoso performance to thrill the crowd.
10 winners selected from the raffle draw were announced by Jafextra and the Eniola Ositelu (Marketing Manager of ICM) during the show but none of them were present. All winners will be contacted later. What each winner stands to win include apparels from Nike, Shirts from TM lewin, Shirts and Jeans from US Polo, wristwatches from Swatch, shopping vouchers from Mango, Kidz Country, Markham, Jack & Jones, Wrangler, Mr. Price and complimentary invites for a flash makeover from BlackUp.
Da Viva fabrics, Emporio Armani gifts from Maybrands and Casabella goodie bags were already handed out to shoppers earlier during the show.
Other stores that contributed to the show include Melting Moments that provided ice-cream and cake, Bheerhugz Café provided cocktails whileShoprite as last year ensured guests were catered for with Chocolate wine from Rubis and finger foods.
