Weird MC has dismissed reports making the rounds that she’s been appointed Commissioner of Culture and Tourism in Osun State.
The rumour which sparked off after the ‘Ijowa’ hitmaker retweeted a post from a certain Sir Akanni Ade who wrote on Twitter, ‘Osun has decided: Commissioner for Art and Culture to Weird MC Official.
Your struggle has finally being laid to rest. Indeed you need a vacation’. The rapper who said she heard about it few hours ago added that she has not been contacted by any of the Governor’s aide.
However, the 44-year-old entertainer stated that she will take up the the post if offered, ‘Of course, I would accept it. He’s one one man that I admire and would love to work with’ she said.
