South and North Korea have come to an agreement in talks to ease tensions in the latest crisis on the peninsula, South Korean news broadcaster has YTN reported.
The details of the agreement are expected to be announced early on Tuesday morning local time, the report said.
The AFP news agency said that the negotiations in the border truce village of Panmunjom ended just before 1am (16:00 GMT).
