Bloom Gist top 10 Africa music countdown is a weekly update of top ten hottest Africa music as selected by music experts and pundits and as voted by our readers and music lovers.


Every week we update the chart on the sequence they are being selected by our readers and channel users. Every week we'll update you with who's crawling up the chart, slipping down and which new song is pushing it's self into the chart, check out this week's list and find out who is on the number one spot.

10. Selebobo ft Yemi Alade - Nagode

On the 10th position is this hit song from Sis Yemi.

5. K. O ft various artists - One time


On the 5th place is K.O's one time.
Talented South African rap head, K.O currently signed to Cashtime Life releases the video to the record “One Time” and the song features Maggz & Ma-E.

The video which was shot in a church and directed By Uprooted media is the sixth music video coming off K.O’s Skhanda Republic Album.

South Africa's Emtee moved to #2 with his rap drop "Roll up"

This songs is heavily influenced by O.T. Genasis’s Coco hit in both the beat and the way the lyrics are rapped. South African rap music is coming a long way and is finally getting more mainstream airplay after many years under the shadows of the now dying Kwaito and House music genres.
