Pro-Biafra protestants clash with soldiers in Anambra

Onitcha - Pro-Biafra protesters have taken over the Onitsha head Bridge, protesting for the release of the IPOB leader and Radio Biafra director, Nnamdi Kanu, who was arrested by DSS on arrival to Nigeria.

An eye witness said Nigerian Army has deployed soldeirs to Anambra and Asaba to calm the situation but seems all to no avail as protestants counts more than one million on the road

Another eyewitness who contacted Bloom Gist said that the soldiers seems to have retreated for possible regrouping . The mass and Velocity of the protest took them a little unaware
