Biafra hacks Nigeria's biggest website?
Today, the rumor started spreading of the possible hacking of one of the Nigeria's biggest Newspaper website 'The Punch'.

The news broke today. following the logo of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), which took over the favicon space on the website of one of Nigeria’s foremost conventional national daily newspaper.

A favicon also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon or bookmark icon, is a file containing one or more small icons, associated with a particular website or web page. Visitors to the site, Punchng.com, today, Tuesday, December 1, were greeted with the Biafra’s horizontal tricolour of red, black, and green instead of the bold ‘P’ logo enmeshed in colour red (which represents Punch).

This has got everyone wondering if the news site has been hacked by members of the IPOB or it is a technical mistake from the ends of the management. See photos below.
