CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Depleted Man United Suffers Fresh Injury Worries Ahead Bayern Tie

* Marouane Fellaini, left, ruled out of tonight's match against Bayern Munich

Barely 12 hours before Manchester United take on Bayern Munich in the second leg of Champions League quarter final match scheduled to hold at the Allianz Arena in Germany, the David Moyes-tutored team has suffered more injury worries.
According to reports, the pair of Marouane Fellaini and Rafael along with Jonny Evans did not travel with the English team to Germany on Tuesday. But Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs did make the trip after missing the weekend win at Newcastle
Fellaini and Rafael, who missed training Tuesday morning, were the major absentees from United's travelling party for tonight's crucial match against the current holders of the Champions League trophy.

It was gathered that Evans, who trained with the squad today but who has not played since February 1, did not check in with the rest of the squad.
While Rooney checked in with the United travelling party at Manchester Airport for the flight to Munich.
Also, veteran winger, Ryan Giggs, who was left out of the win over Newcastle after aggravating a hamstring problem, was said to be included in the travelling squad.

Reports also have it that Juan Mata, who is cup-tied having played in the Champions League with Chelsea this season before his £37.1m move to United, also travelled with the squad.
United would need to avoid a defeat in the match as any draw scoreline could be enough to see them through to the last four.
