Jonathan handed over the notes at the council chamber of the State House, Abuja. Jonathan also presented a copy of the report of the National Conference which held in 2014, to Mr. Buhari.
The presentation was made after the outgoing president took the incoming president and his Vice, Yemi Osinbajo, around the Aso Rock presidential villa.
Meanwhile, Jonathan, also took Buhari around the Aso rock Villa, in a tour to show the incomign president in and out of the Villa.
