The statement which was issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, explained that President Buhari while granting audience to members of the Northern Traditional Rulers Council led by the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III, at the Presidntial Villa, Abuja.

Mr. Femi while quoting the President, mentioned that it was now up to Nigeria to provide the international community with the facts and figures needed to drive the recovery effort, while also stating he would be busy for the next three months in a bid to recover the looted funds.
“In the next three months, our administration will be busy getting those facts and the figures to help us recover our stolen funds in foreign countries,” President Buhari was quoted by Adesina.
