According to a source, the case which was initially scheduled to hold today, Monday, November 30, 2015, was stalled due to the absence of four out of the five to be arraigned.
Counsel to the defendants noted that they are yet to be served with the information of the matter by the Ministry of Justice.
This, the trial judge says, should not be as he cautioned the counsel to remind the defendants that it is a criminal matter.
