The organisers of the event, Koba Consults and Marbizila Company Limited said that the Nigerian team which would be represented by popular stars like Mr Ibu, Patience Ozorkor, Desmond Elliot, Mercy Johnson, Osoufia, Aki & Pawpaw, Victor Osuagwu and others, began preparations a few weeks ago.
Their Ghanaian counterparts will be represented by the likes of John Dumelo, Majid Michel, Prince David Osei, Agya Koo, Akrobeto, Lil Wayn, James Gardener, Jackie Appiah, Nana Ama Mc Brown and others and like their Nigerian counterparts, they are currently in a non residential camp training.
Dumelo and others will be rounding up their training session in Accra tomorrow and move to the Garden City of Kumasi the same day for the game this Thursday.
Accordingt o the CEO of Koba Consults, Swanzy Essuman, "Certainly, the two games for the actors and the actresses are set to ignite fun. It’s Ghana’s Independence Day celebration, it’s all about fun, taking stock of what our founding fathers did for our beloved country, and our Nigerian brothers have decided to join us in the fun."
