Lifeguards at the beach rescued the woman, believed to be mentally disturbed, and her three children aged, 3, 9 and 10 from the ocean after they heard the children screaming from the back of the van.

Police said when they tried speaking with the woman, whose identity has not been released, she sounded incoherent and kept talking about demons chasing her.
