According to reports reaching BLOOM GIST, there's been a heavey gunshot around Lekki phace 1 as heavey armed robbers storm the area to rob one FCMB bank on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1.A residence who contacted BLOOM GIST said that the robbers who are heavily armed came by boat through the Ikoyi-Lekki toll bridge. And they are shooting sporadically---and according to the caller, the armed m men were al dressed in military uniform and are well prepared for any attack
Another source who was among those trapped in the scene said that the armed men on arrival started shooting at a police fan and all the police men inside the van have been reported dead.
During the attack, three police men, three civilians were shot dead...and a woman selling fish by the roadside was also rushed to the hospital after she got shot by the robbers. Other casualties include five other people who were hit by stray bullets...but they've been rushed to the Hospital too.
