The African Women Champions are not joking with their ambitions as they double up their strength for the return leg of the 2015 All African Games qualifier

We were told by a BloomGist Sports reporter in their camp in Abuja that the number of the invited players has increased to 27 to train for their the All African Games final round, second leg clash with Mali next Friday.

Amonf those invited to the camp include Esther Sunday and Gladys Akpa, both in Belarus based and were the last two players to arrive the camp on Tuesday and they also participated in the Wednesday’s training session.

Edwin Okon, the Falcons head coach traveled to Bamako with just one foreign based players but the team’s 1-1 draw against Mali away from home has not gone well with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) who had expected a comfortable away win to render the second leg a formality --- and that is why the head coach decided to invite more players so there won't be an empty bench when there's need for a change.

Who Do You Predict Will Win?

Other players that have hit the camp are skipper, Evelyn Nwabuoku, Onome Ebi, Ngozi Ebere, Ohale Osinachi, Loveth Ayila, Precious Dede, Ngozi Okobi, Francesca Ordega and Sandra Chichi.

Others in camp are Chioma Wogu, Sarah Nnodim, Ugo Njoku, Mercy Amenze, Chisom Henry, Christy Ohaeriaku, Blessing Edoho, Josephine Chukwunonye, Mariam Ibrahim, Ibubeleye Whyte, Onyinyechi Ohadugha, Halimat Ayinde, Chiwendu Ihezuo, Yetunde Adeboyejo and Onyinyechi Okeke.
