The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has released a statement, stating that no matter what happened, they'd never give up their fight for freedom.
The statement which was obtained by Bloom Gist has made it clear that no bullet, no amount of killing this time will stop them, that the more them kill them, the more they get strength to fight for their freedom.
Continued "No government in this world have ever fight ideology and succeed. The more you kill us, the more strength we gain, the more you jail us the more powerful we become. Biafra is an ideology that no man born by woman can stop. Bullet will not stop us, bombs will not stop us, intimidation can NEVER stop us, Biafra has spiritual undertone that many can’t comprehend, Biafra has started possessing its people and there is nothing anybody can do about it."
"Fighting us is wasting your time and resources, the battle is of more spiritual than physical.We are resolute and always ready to give our lives for what we believed in."
"You cannot stop an ideology whose time has come. It’s time for Biafrans to go home."
The movement has launched a massive protest in the South-East, South-South of Nigeria, protest the release of the leader, Nnamdi Kalu who was detained by DSS in Lagos hotel on his arrival to Nigeria from his UK base, He has earlier been granted bail by a sitting court but is yet to be release even after fulfilling his bail terms
