Ebola: Social Media Reacts to CNN Labelling Niger as Nigeria

CNN got this wrong and social media is reacting.

Yesterday, the news channel ran a story concerning the spread of Ebola in Western Africa.

CNN claims there are 1,603 cases, 887 deaths and 55% fatality rate.

To highlight the countries affected including Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, they accidentally called Niger, Nigeria while using the colour red to highlight the country.
