[UPDATED] Alhaji Abdullahi Minkaila, the Kano state Resident Electoral Commissioner, his wife and two children were burnt to death in a mysterious fire outbreak while indoors at their home last night April 2nd.
Minkaila who supervised the presidential and national assembly election last Saturday in Kano and his family were rushed to the Murtala Mohammed specialist hospital where they gave up the ghost this morning. Residents in the area described the fire as mysterious.
A Source very close to Mallam Garba, the spokesman of the Commission told TheBloomGist that he's confirmed the news and that they have started investigating the course of the accident --- they also believed is not normal.
